Refund Policy

Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Northern Health Products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you can return unopened bottles to us for a full* product refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


Our Return and Refund Policy

Our Promise

  • We accept returns on all unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (minus shipping**).

Please Note

  • A return authorization (RA) is required for all returns. We cannot process refunds without one.
  • If you received free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once a return authorization is issued, your package must be postmarked within 5 days to have the items returned properly.
  • Refunds can only be issued for unopened items and only if they are received in good condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you require a prepaid return label, we can provide one; however, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • In some instances, a restocking fee may be applied. Returned products are often resold however they need to be retested to ensure they still meet our high standards. If the lab charges us for the test, we unfortunately have to apply that fee to the refund. It’s rare and we attempt to avoid it.

If you wish to return any items, you must Contact Us (via the contact form) before sending anything back to receive both a return authorization and the proper return address. Items returned without authorization may delay the refund process.


Processing Times

Please allow time for us to process your return. Returned packages are collected from our PO Box once per week (Fridays). Your refund is then issued on the same day, Friday.
Once issued, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider (generally only 24-48 hours but once it’s in the hands of your credit card company, it’s out of our control).

For orders over $999, please allow 3–5 business days for us to issue approved refunds. We are a small business and often reinvest large order payments into new stock, we may need a short window to coordinate the refund. Thank you for your understanding.


Important Notes

  • Opened or damaged items cannot be returned.
  • If there are special circumstances regarding your return or refund request, please Contact Us. We value your business and will always do our best to keep you happy.
  • If you have strong allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients, please review product details prior to ordering. We cannot refund or accept partially used bottles.

Northern Health Products cannot be held responsible for your package once it has been marked delivered. If you believe your order may be misdelivered or stolen, please request Signature Confirmation before placing your order (add this request in the “Notes” section at checkout).

If you need to refuse your order, send it back, or if it has been marked “Return to Sender” for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds for packages returned without authorization or notification may be delayed or denied.

Please be aware that if you move after placing your order but before it ships, we cannot guarantee retrieval of the package. We will assist where possible, but refunds are not available for packages shipped to an old address. If there is any chance of a move, please notify us before your package leaves our facility.
