Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Northern Health Products.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you inform us BEFORE we ship it to you (please see below for how to inform us). Once an order has been shipped you can no longer cancel your order, but you can return it for a refund. The main difference is that your order will then fall under our Refund Policy and is no longer eligible for cancellation (cancelled orders can get a full refund but returned products are subject to possible fees which reduces your total refunded amount).
Our Cancellation Policy
All orders are eligible for cancellation unless they are a “special order*”, the items have been customized, or it has already been shipped.
Please Note
- A cancellation authorization is required. Without a cancellation authorization, we can not stop or refund your order.
- Shipped orders can not be cancelled (but they can be returned, please read our Refund Policy for more information).
- Cancellation requests must be done by phone. Requests made by email may be missed (assuming the email is received) therefore we kindly ask that you call in your cancellation request.
- If we are not available to take your call, please leave a message indicating that you wish to cancel your order. We can not be held responsible for your order if you leave us a generic call-back voicemail and we don’t call you back prior to our shipper sending your order.
We are more than happy to work with you when it comes to cancelling, returning, refunding, or postponing your order. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can attempt to satisfy your needs.
- Special Orders may be subject to limitations on cancellations and/or refunds. A “special order” may be defined as (but not limited to) any order that requires us to alter our normal business practices for receiving/shipping orders. This may include bulk orders, customized orders, and/or orders containing products with personalized labels.
