Personal Use

Please be aware that some countries restrict import of products to a 90-day supply and must be for personal use only. Please check with your country’s customs policies regarding importing the products you wish to purchase prior to placing your order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties. We have been very successful in importing our products to almost every country for the past 15 years and have very few issues.

Import Taxes

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. In some instances (UPS) you may be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee. This is extremely rare and we’ve only heard of a few instances in which this was required. These charges are separate from your shipping charges and you will be billed directly for those services (not by us).

Restricted Items

Due to import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase to your country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Covid-19 Restrictions

Some countries (still in 2023) have Covid-19 Restrictions and are therefore restricted. Please check the USPS International Service Disruptions page for the latest updates.

International Payment Methods

The following international payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

Money orders can also be sent however this will delay the shipping of your order until after the funds have been cleared.

Sorry, PayPal is not accepted.

International Shipping Options

We work very hard to ensure a speedy and safe delivery of your international orders. To find specific costs for each option, please place the requested items in your shopping card and follow the process for checking out. During the checkout process, shipping options will be listed with their exact cost. Delivery times are estimates based upon the carrier’s estimated delivery date and our daily cutoff time for orders. The delivery estimate do not take into account weekends or holidays so please keep that in mind when selecting your options. Delivery estimates also do not take into consideration any delays during customs clearance. Every effort is made to avoid any delays but once a package enters either a domestic or foreign customs process, we are unable to affect it in any way. We are also unable to contact them to find out any information about delays.

Contact and Tracking Information

Once your Northern Health Products order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). For registered customers, you may login to your account to review your order details and tracking information.

Please note that once a packages has been handed over and has started it’s travel towards you, we are unable to affect it in any way (upgrade shipping, change shipping information, clear customs, etc.).

Returns and Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased, please visit our Refund Policy page for return information.

Errors in Names and/or Addresses

Please note that we cannot change names or the delivery address to a package AFTER an order has been shipped. Please Contact Us immediately if a correction is needed or you see an error on your purchase confirmation email. Calling us is the best way to ensure corrections are made prior to shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if an error has been made in the shipping information on your order. We work directly with our shipping providers to help resolve issues when possible. If such an error has been made by you and it causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we can not issue refunds or replacements of any kind. If such an error causes the order to be sent back to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees or the cost to resend the order to the corrected address.

Reshipping orders is only available once a package has safely been returned to us. For urgent orders, a second order can be placed and we will refund the initial product once it’s safely returned to us.

Customer Package Refusal

If you refuse an order for any reason, you may still be eligible for a refund however we will not be responsible for any shipping fees (to and from your location). All orders must be returned unopened and in good condition in order to qualify for a refund.

You may request the order to be resent to you but additional shipping charges may apply. Please Contact Us to request the order to be resent to you. If any changes are required prior to resending, please note this information in your message.

Customs Delays

It is very rare for our packages to be affected by this but a small percentage of packages going through the customs process will be randomly selected or held for additional inspections. It is estimated that less than 5% of all packages clearing customs will experience this. During that time, some packages are sent to a lab for analytical testing of the contents (we have never seen this in over 15 years of service). We have absolutely no control over this process and are unable to affect any packages going through this type of delay. It is a terrible inconvenience when this happens and we understand this. Unfortunately when this happens, all you can really do is wait patiently and continue to refresh the tracking information we sent you. If your order is returned to us, we will gladly issue you a refund in accordance to our Refund Policy or reship your order (you are responsible for the shipping charge). In most instances we can work with you to resolve this issue in a mutually satisfactory way.

Customs Seizures

If your country’s customs office removes or damages a product(s) during the course of inspection or clearance, you will need to contact them directly to file a damage or loss claim. Unfortunately we are unable to speak to customs on your behalf. We also cannot issue a refund of any kind for package seizures, damage, or delays by domestic or international customs. In the unlikely event that your package is refused (it is extremely rare for this to happen) and returned to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we will issue a refund according to our Refund Policy or can reship it to you (you are responsible for the shipping charge). In most instances we can work with you to resolve this issue in a mutually satisfactory way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

It is unfortunate and rare but occasionally a problem occurs where a package goes missing or is damaged in some way. The vast majority of “lost packages” do turn up eventually and in the rare case of damage, most often the contents of the bottle are unaffected.

In the extremely rare event that something has gone wrong, we will gladly work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. Unfortunately we can not ship replacement orders or issue refunds. Northern Health Products is responsible for your package from our doors to the beginning of the customs process. We regret that we can accept responsibility for anything that happens after that. There has only been a few occasions in the past 15+ years where something has happened and in each instance, a solution was found that satisfied both parties. Northern Health Products cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in customs applying additional costs to your order (tax, duty, or anything related to delays or seizure). It is very rare for our international customers to experience extended delays and even more rare to experience lost, stolen or damaged packages.
